Privacy notice

Full Circle Collective ("we") is a collective of Singapore wedding vendors. This notice explains what personal data we collect through fullcircle-collective.co, why, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you build and send a wedding plan, we collect:

• both partners' names
• your email and phone number
• your wedding date, guest count, budget and preferred coverage hours
• the vendors and packages you choose

If you sign in to your wedding portal, we also use your email to send you sign-in links.

Why we collect it

• To review your plan and contact you about it, including confirming vendor availability.
• To pass your plan to the vendors you've chosen, so they can prepare for your wedding.
• To coordinate your wedding with those vendors once you book.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Who we share it with

• The Full Circle Collective vendors you select.
• Service providers that run our website and send our emails (hosting, database, email delivery). They handle your data only on our behalf. Some process data outside Singapore; where they do, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Your device

The wedding builder saves your progress in your browser, so you can come back later. It is cleared once you send your plan or start over. After you send, a short summary of your plan (names, date and chosen vendors, without your contact details) stays on the confirmation screen until you leave it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as we need it to plan and deliver your wedding, and for our business and legal records.

• If you ask us to delete it before you've booked, we delete your plan entirely.
• If you've booked, we remove your personal details and keep only an anonymous record of the booking.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we've used it
• correct anything that's wrong
• delete your data, or withdraw your consent to our using it

If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to help plan your wedding. We'll tell you what that means before acting on it.
